Are you looking to gain experience in corporate recruiting and Human resources?  We have a great opportunity through Volt and HealthPartners for a Human Resources Coordinator. This is a temporary position.

We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and experienced person to join our team as soon as possible.

Location: Saint Louis Park

Duration: 4 months

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay: $23/hour

Start: As Soon As Possible

Job Details:

  • Supports assigned recruiters with various phases of the recruitment process including sourcing and screening resumes, phone screens, interview scheduling with internal resources, candidate references checks, data entry and other recruitment and HR related duties and projects.
  • Responsible for scheduling interviews and assisting with travel arrangements as needed.
  • Works effectively with all candidates/customers and provides excellent customer service on behalf of Human Resources.
  • Responsible for effective use of applicant tracking system, including the onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborates to ensure applicants are compliant with all requirements, and updates files and records accordingly. Such duties would include verifying licensure and qualifications, archiving files, filing employee and applicant information.
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources team in assessing processes to ensure effective and efficient support to our customers. Actively engaged in recommending, implementing, and support process changes. Actively participates in recruitment team staff meetings. Coordinates employment materials such as job fair packets and interview packets. Coordinates department meetings as assigned. Other duties as appropriate and assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have HR experience and well rounded knowledge of recruitment
  • Professional in written and verbal communication
  • Technical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
