HR Employee Care Coordinator
Volt is currently seeking an HR/Employee Care Coordinator for Emerson (Rosemount) in MN. This is a long-term temporary position working remotely from your home.
Basic Job Function
Manage the Emerson Employee Covid Hotline
Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls/emails that come into the Emerson Covid Hotline
- Complete an intake form including explanation of exposure and symptoms of Covid
- Assess the need to quarantine by the given guidelines per Emerson
- Responsible for handling the screening process for employees returning to work from a Covid related quarantine
- 100% remote position. You will be provided a laptop with the necessary tools needed
- Use Microsoft Office 365 for communications and reporting purposes
- First point of contact for Emerson employees and any Covid or HR related questions
- Completing special project and/or reporting as requested
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use logic and understand the importance of discretion
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively, interface with employees and function well as a team from a remote location
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge
- Some secondary education preferred
- Experience in human resources, customer service and/or healthcare would make a perfect candidate
