Job Description

Volt Onsite at HealthPartners is seeking an HR Technology Analyst for a LONG TERM temporary position with HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN.

You will be supporting the current team while they undergo a transition in to an Oracle implementation. You would use ServiceNow to go through and work through the queue on incoming tickets. You would continue upholding the teams regular duties while the team focusing on the project.  

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Reporting-some reports you will need to pull for for certain dates from Lawson reporting tools, while others you may need to design and run. Knowledge of Crystal, Oracle, Tableu preferred.
  • Working through ATS systems to help answer triaging questions. Knowledge of Workday, Oracle, or SAP would be preferred.
  • Provide responses to general questions about processes and HR systems using existing documentation or consulting with a SME on the HR Technology Team. 
  • Escalate tickets as necessary to SME or IS&T.
  • Run/Perform routine tasks (e.g., daily, weekly or monthly reports, batch jobs, uploads, assign security roles, etc.)
  • Documentation as necessary
  • Keep HR Tech team informed of potential issues and/or out of the ordinary situations
  • Ensure that we resolve issues, inform and educate and provide high level of service to our HR customers.
  • Identify opportunities and act to continuously improve resource materials, procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Follows data integrity and security standards to ensure confidentiality of private HR data. Appropriately communicates security issues and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned

Location: Bloomington, MN

Pay: 25+ determined upon experience

Duration: 12-18 months with potential to go permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (some flexibility)

Remote? YES! As of now this is a remote position, and intend to keep it that way. Occasional trips in the office could be required.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2 or more years of related HR software applications experience (HCM, ATS, LMS, Talent software, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience using a case management/ticketing system
  • Advanced reporting skills
  • Knowledge of database architectures and end user software
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business administration , Human Resources or related field
  • 4 or more years of related software applications experience
  • Experience with and/or Certification for:
    • Infor V10
    • PeopleFluent
    • SuccessFactors
    • Cornerstone
    • ServiceNow
    • Crystal
    • OIR (Oracle Interactive Reporting)
    • Tableau
