Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and performs administrative duties assigned by the CEO.


Manage the recruitment, employee relations and training.

In cooperation with the VP of Operations, build a Safety oriented culture. Acts as facilitator for Company Safety Committee

Manage the Workers Compensation cases and work to reduce WC related costs.

Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs.

Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.

Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices

Advises and consults with other sister operations on employment matters

In charge of being the Local Integrity correspondent

Responsible for promoting and abiding by the HSE rules and policies.


 B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business or HR with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in generalist HR activities in manufacturing Environment.

Other requirements:

The ideal candidate will be organized, leads by example and resourceful.

Knowledge of Spanish or French will be a plus.

Experience with HRIS is required.

Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP Time and Attendance and Oracle HRMS is a plus.
