Job Description

Volt is looking for Infrastructure Analysts to focus on remote migrating John Deere dealership end-user clients to Microsoft Azure AD.  This is a contingent position forecasted for 12+ months.
JOB DUTIES:

  •  Builds the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog
    (managed by the product owner).
  • Determines the size of user stories.
  • Creates and maintains automated test scripts and executes all other testing-related tasks.
  • Tests deliverables against a user story’s acceptance tests.
  • Maintains and executes product or service documentation, as directed.
  • Works closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs.
  • Follows industry-standard agile Infrastructure design methodology for development and documentation.
  • Works collaboratively with security, software delivery teams and other
    partners.

Requirements:

  • Position will start remote during Covid. After Covid, customer may want candidate to come to the office, but 100% remote is possible IF the person is doing a good job.
  • Selected candidate will need to be able to use their own computer/laptop to connect to Deere systems. A computer will not be provided to the contingent for this position.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven experience providing a high level of customer service & customer satisfaction
  • One or more years of experience troubleshooting basic domain / active directory issues
  • One or more years of experience troubleshooting basic Microsoft Windows 10 client issues
  • Proven experience successfully working in an agile environment with flexibility to work direction
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changes and balance multiple on-going tasks
  • Ability and resources to work remotely (high speed internet, phone)
  • Flexibility to work off-shift or weekends as requested to meet the needs of the customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and able to provide daily status progress updates

Must be available to work on W2 for Volt. No C2C or 3rd party vendors please.
