Our client in the Raleigh, NC area is looking for inside customer service agents for there customer support center.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Effectively handle high-volume inbound sales calls from prospective clients
  • Provide information and answer questions about various services offered by our client. 
  • Apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of monthly sales goals and metrics
  • Be the best experience of your customer’s day

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • History of successfully meeting or exceeding targets/quotas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • PC proficiency with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel
  • Knowledge of moving/storage or logistics industry is a plus

Must have high school diploma
