Help Desk Support:

  • Experience providing a mixture of phone and in-person support
  • Experience with Windows 7 & 10
  • Experience solving printer issues, password resets and general PC performance issues
  • Must have worked with HP devices
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding professionalism; customers are internal employees in a professional, fast paced field
  • Detailed oriented
  • Experience documenting issues within a ticketing system
  • Able to follow procedures, ask good questions and document answers/retain information
  • Ability to translate technical information into non-technical speak for non-technical users


  • 2-3 years helpdesk or call center experience in a fast paced environment AND an Associates degree in Technology or 4+ years of experience in a call center or helpdesk environment AND a HS diploma
  • IT certifications such as the A+ or Net+ are a plus
  • Any experience or exposure to virtualization a plus
  • Self starter who can work as part of a team but also work independently the majority of the day
