IT Help Desk Analyst Needed!

In this contingent role, you will provide hardware and software maintenance, training, and consultation, as well as recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Administer primary the Microsoft stack including Windows.
  • Maintain, install, and troubleshoot network components and peripherals; copiers, printers, workstation terminals, Cisco switches, VOIP phones, VPN Networks.
  • Support administration of Citrix, EMC, and VMware environment.
  • Maximize network and systems performance through monitoring tools.

What Will You Need To Be Successful?

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school OR Certifications.
  • A minimum 5+ years related experience and/or training, with at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Terminal Services, and VMWare preferred.
  • Technical Skillset: • Desktop/Laptop: Antivirus, Basic Troubleshooting, Firmware Upgrades, Imaging (MDT/WDS) • Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, Office 365, PowerShell, Windows • Terminal Services/VDI: Citrix XenApp, Windows RDS

    Might require some travel to their Ft. Lauderdale location.
