Job Description

Our client, based in Phoenix Arizona, is seeking an IT Support Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity!

The daily duties will require supporting all clients and internal employees with software and hardware configurations, updates and installations.  Additional duties will include assisting with technical issues and trouble tickets that relate to email issues, passwords, virus and security support, video conference assistance for ongoing meetings and running diagnostic programs to repair computer hardware and software.  Understanding LAN/WAN configurations and network protocols will be necessary for this position.  Daily communication with internal staff and remote meetings will be required for technical support.

The skills required include at least 3 years of IT Support experience and the ability to identify and fix issues with both PC and Network issues.  It is important that the candidate understands the best practices for customer support and working with end clients and internal customers to ensure all trouble tickets are processed in a timely manner.  Candidates should have experience with Office 365, hardware and software repair, Microsoft Server 2012, 2016 and Windows 10.  It is highly preferred that candidates have A+, Microsoft Server or Microsoft Workstation certifications.
