Job Description

Clinical Coordinator (12-month contract) $22.38/hr.
Maplewood, MN

Vol has partnered with a growing client in search of a Clinical Coordinator! In this role, you will support the Clinical Operations team in planning and coordination activities around the conduct of clinical trials and in maintenance of marketed products for their Healthcare Business Group (HCBG). HCBG Clinical Operations operates in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated environment with an excellent brand and quality reputation


  • Maintains claim sheets to support sales and marketing.
  • Supports the implementation and management of clinical research studies through file management and clinical project document control.
  • Reviews and tracks clinical trial related documentation.
  • Provides administrative support to the clinical project teams, including creation of regulatory binders, entering documentation into the electronic document system.
  • Assists with device preparation, shipment coordination and maintaining appropriate accountability records.
  • Audits trial master files for required documents.

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science related discipline from an accredited university
    Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year clinical research experience.
  • Professional certification(s): CCRP®-Society of Clinical Research Associates and/or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP-CP®).
  • Experience and knowledge of International Conference of Harmonisation (ICH) and FDA guidelines.
  • Knowledge and experience with regulatory function.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan & evaluate deliverables; is well organized and structured, strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
