Lead Electrical EngineerĀ 

This company in Tukwila, WA, (near Seattle) which manufactures innovative load moving equipment, utilizing wheels and hovercraft technology, that move heavy, awkward, or delicate loads in factories is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer.

The selected candidate will get to work on projects with the largest and most well-known companies in industries such as aerospace, petroleum, nuclear, semi-conductor, marine, and heavy manufacturing. Will contribute to all phases of custom engineered products.

Will see your designs from concept through reality. Will be in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Will get to make a difference and help steer the future of our company. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will continue to demonstrate excellence with all responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer 1-4 positions. Will work with Senior Management to set yearly performance goals and determine the proper strategies for success. Will develop and monitor compliance of processes and procedures for consistent and correct execution of custom engineered projects by the Electrical Engineering staff.

Will investigate and develop ways to continually increase our capabilities on controls and electronics technologies. Will be the authority on the design and use of all controls and electronic components and assemblies. Will have a deep understanding of industrial vehicle guidance technologies. Will have a well-rounded understanding to develop, design, test, and/or troubleshoot complex systems containing structural, mechanical, and pneumatic components. Will write, troubleshoot, and validate programs written for Siemens PLCs.

Will be an advocate to customers throughout the world. Will achieve long term objectives by making strategic, creative, and informed decisions. Will apply logic and technical reasoning skills to remain in control of quickly changing situations. Will be dedicated and driven to excel. Will be a cornerstone in our culture of mutual growth.
