Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Lead Technician position, overseeing 12 people,  for a manufacturing company in Fargo, ND.

Pay $23 to $25/hr

Hours: 5am to 3:30pm (overtime available) 

Qualified applicants:

• Must have good communication skills
• 3 to 5 years directing a team in logistics or manufacturing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High School diploma required
• Forklift experience is a plus!

Other duties:

• Audit the efficiency of the daily and weekly production
• Assist with troubleshooting and daily maintenance
• Perform duties as needed: shipping and receiving and machine operating
• Training on all duties to new employees
• Review safety procedures and implement LEAN processes
