As a Customer Service Team Member you will support and be the liaison with other departments, including Customer, Warehouse, etc. and provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems for warehouse clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate pick tickets / sales order and distribute to warehouse staff execute shipping instructions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve shipping requirements
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with Excel skills and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
