  1. Operate CNC mill
  2. Set up CNC mill
  3. Monitor speeds and feeds per set up sheet
  4. Mill and drill parts to specification
  5. Measure and examine completed products for defects
  6. Use micrometer, drop gage, vernier calipers, depth mic, and other measurement tools
  7. Deburr parts per specification requirements
  8. Evaluation of finish for cutter wear or damage
  9. Ability to read and interpret blueprints


  1.  Ability to use countersink gauges, thread gauges, and plug gauges.
  2. Experience with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc
  3. Familiarity working with Haas, Moris, and Fadal CNC Mills, Waterjet, and Shear
  4. Familiarity with computer operation such as Excel, Word, SPC Infinity, and Multi DNC
  5. Familiarity with pre setter operation and usage
  6. Familiarity with 7S Standards and Housekeeping


Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent in related field required; or three years and up related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to understand and communicate with English in the verbal and written form. 

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to read and understand bar graphs for department metrics.

  • Basic problem-solving tools such as A3s, 5 Whys, Fishbones, and Paretos
