As a Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring our manufacturing & production machinery are always up and running.  You will use your critical thinking and problem solving skills to lead the maintenance department employees and drive the successful performance & repairs of all plant equipment and facilities. You will spearhead the preventative maintenance on site, while using your mechanical and electrical aptitude to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

You will use your adaptable ethos to respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively, while ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within specifications.

You will share your knowledge and expertise with key members of the site leadership team and will play an integral part in many site wide projects from installing new machinery to reconfiguration.

If you have knowledge and experience working with in Vacuum Furnaces, Foundries, Molten Metals, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), California State and Federal Regulations and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
