Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ at Volt

Job Description

Volt is hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for a maintenance Mechanic in Phoenix., Az. This is a full-time position with a tight knit team that promotes from within.

The successful candidate will diagnose, maintain, repair, and fabricate:

• Gas and electric oven systems
• Paint and powder coating booths
• Sandblasting cabinets and equipment
• Pumps, high volume air compressors
• Lighting systems
• 480 and low voltage motor controls
• PLC Systems
• Office and Residential HVAC units

Other duties include:

• Continuously improve processes and equipment, lead problem solving
• Lead up to 3 maintenance technicians
• Source, order, and maintain an inventory of repair parts
• Estimate and control costs of repairs
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of broad based experience in industrial maintenance
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Electrical experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred
