Software Customer Service-Assisting customer with generating, viewing, or downloading software licenses

Assist customer with software media ordering, delivery and downloads, and providing order status updates.

Manage account and member changes add, change or delete members)

Provide guidance on member account modifications

Perform account subscription extensions as required

 Monitor requests from Customer Service Representatives and/or customers relating to service contracts and software maintenance agreements

Capture and update support tickets in database

Supporting  team lead on daily tasks and documentations

 

Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge and experience with an ERP system
