Volt is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Integration Manager. 

Develop, lead and implement plans for the successful integration of the target company into order fulfillment and logistics functions. Serve as a leader on the integration team to ensure continuity to the customer and continuity of operations, and an overall successful onboarding of target OFS employees and operations during this integration and/or transfer. If the transfer of the manufacturing and related Order Fulfillment operations to another site is required you would be responsible for coordination and development of transfer plans and leadership of the implementation. In this role you will work primarily with the business, strategy & corporate development, quality & compliance, human resources, finance, workplace services and acquired company management teams, and will:

• Serve as an ambassador and representative between the target’s OF personnel and Order Fulfillment Organization including our Power of One objectives, our One Agilent culture, and as the OFS single point of contact for Strategy and Corporate Development.

• Coordinate closely with the Business to ensure alignment with growth and management objectives as well as represent and ensure OFS SOV objectives are met.

• Develop an OFS assessment within the first 3-6 months which may include an operations transfer plan to be executed in 12-24 months or a plan to keep operations in the existing location. This would also include long term recommendations for future (3-5 year timeframe) strategic opportunities and priorities.

• Enable and ensure consistent standardized communication to ensure alignment and continuity with Executive and Senior management.

• Provide a strong, consistent presence to support day-to-day decision making regarding operational issues leveraging Agilent’s broader OFs and support resources, and networking target’s OFS personnel to the broader OFS organization.

• Lead and ensure the successful onboarding of the target’s manufacturing and order fulfillment services and employees on to OFS business systems.

• Establish, align, and/or migrate target’s KPIs, inventory management, and other business systems supporting the target’s operations to systems, and ensure target personnel required to support these systems successfully migrate.

• If target is to transfer, lead the development plans in support of the transfer of operations and personnel to another location working closely with that location’s team. If target is to stay in existing location, develop future plans for the existing location for OFS operations, personnel, and long term strategy.

• Ensure business continuity for transition of the target into and/or the transfer of operations to another site.

• Lead and/or consult on the re-design of existing and/or design of new operations, warehouse, and logistics operations (includes possible cold chain logistics development).

• Work closely with ERP and quote to cash integration team to ensure operational requirements are met during the quote to cash/ERP integration.

Qualifications Search

• BS or MS in Business, Project Management or related Scientific discipline

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across geographies and cross functional organizations

• Strong communication, leadership and continuous improvement skills

• Prior management experience within a Manufacturing environment, preferably within Agilent.

• Strong customer satisfaction, quality compliance and control and process management skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills in organization and planning, applied judgment and conflict resolution

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak effectively and actively listen to others

• Project management experience and the ability to track, communicated project status effectively at multiple levels and across functions

• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with peers, partners, and cross functionally

• Travel 50-75%. Ability to determine when travel is needed to support integration and objectives
