Manufacturing Engineering Technician 1^st and 3rd Shift-Available~

 Direct Hire – Madison WI          

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician position we are looking to fill has a strong emphasis on Fabrication within our manufacturing environment. What's in it for you?

This includes exposure to new technologies and automated equipment which create opportunities for developing new technical skills. This position would be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety & quality are of upmost importance. Individuals in this role can expect to work amongst various disciplines of Engineers and learn from the best.  

What do you need to be successful? 

• Associates Degree or better in Manufacturing or Engineering discipline.  
• Aptitude and attitude to learn about a variety of fabrication equipment and processes
• Develop and utilize troubleshooting skills to support maintenance and fabrication engineering teams
• Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment, including press brakes and punching centers
• Assist with NPD (new product development) launches by processing FAI’s
• Work on continuous improvement projects to achieve cost reductions
• Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures, and equipment
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and support production needs with limited support
