Job Description

Major technology company is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist with a minimum of two years’ experience. Responsibilities will be to collect, maintain, and analyze data for business, product and market development. Provide recommendations based on insights gathered from analysis. Roles include but are not limited to, market research, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics. Looking for someone that has experience specifically with Survey Design Programming experience. They will need experience designing, programming and then launching the survey. Ideally someone who can also take that survey results and conduct data analysis and reporting, and report out. This position will be remote.

Essential Functions

Consult with business partners to develop objectives and suggest appropriate research designs in meeting their business needs including multi-study research plans, engaging other groups as needed to ensure project success. Develop single and multi-study research methodologies and procedures. Collect and analyze data from multiple studies using appropriate statistical methods (i.e. descriptive statistics, cross tabulation, correlation), identifying trends and drawing conclusions taking into account secondary sources and industry knowledge. Coordinate, moderate and analyze qualitative session (i.e focus groups, 1:1 interviews, war room workshops)Synthesize multi-study results, preparing detailed and accurate written reports (including data tables, charts and graphics) with sound, actionable business insight for presentation to management and internal business partners Conduct industry assessments to provide insight into interactions between business line products, services, strategy, competition and macro-environment

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience. Two to five years’ experience in related analytics work using appropriate statistical methods. Experience using analytic results to provide insight for management and business partners.  Portfolio of work and completed projects.  Demonstrated experience in developing information solutions in a data warehouse environment
