We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Marketing Manager with customer service and B2B marketing experience who will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. This position will manage the company’s digital presence including website, online promotions, blogs, social media, and lead generators. You will also handle social media strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.  The Marketing Manager will collaborate with team members, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers on marketing opportunities and/or issues. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

         Manage marketing campaigns

        Register and organize calendar and expenses for marketing events

        Organize internal events

         Customer office visits

         Internal communications and awards

        Assist with marketing and sales budget

        Manage monthly expenses and budgets

        Document development

       Control document management

       Promotional item development

       Vendor communication

       Textile development and ordering

       Attend events as a representative of Patriot

      Utilize ACT, phone calls, emails, etc., to communicate successfully with customers

      Develop training documents

     Work closely with Sales Department to ensure customer success

     Actively participate in associations and events to promote the company for new       business

 Other related duties as assigned

To be successful in this position, a candidate MUST HAVE:

   Prior experience with B2B marketing

   Prior customer service experience

   Experience with CRM and CANVA
