Job: Medicare Advantage – Customer Service Representative

Our client has a need for a Medicare Advantage – Customer Service Representative for their HQ in Meridian, Idaho. This is a potential temp to hire position and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions.

Job Summary:

This Medicare Advantage – Customer Service Representative position is responsible for handling incoming respondent calls looking for more information regarding Medicare Advantage policies. Will order informational kits to be sent to respondent and assign broker in the respondent's area to assist with future questions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works as a part of a team to deliver the department goals and objectives.
  • Maintains regular contact and builds solid working relationships to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication (including business writing)
  • Ability and proficiency in Internet and Intranet navigation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable giving presentations, in person, to a group of people


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic Math
