Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for Warehouse and Production workers to join our team at 3M, located in Rockland, MA!  If you’re a motivated person looking to get back to work with a great company, we want to talk with you!

This is an immediate opportunity!  These are long term positions in a Warehouse and Manufacturing environment! 

Earn up to $16.00/hr and overtime is available.  Weekly pay and health benefits available

This is a clean and safe warehouse and production location.  Following all recommended guidelines for COVID safety.

Primary Responsibilities for Warehouse and Production workers include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products
• Perform quality checks on product
• Responsible for stocking materials for items to be packaged
• Accurately record production data

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a PLUS
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check
• Proof of education (High School Diploma or GED)

Pay rate: 

1^st Shift  – 15.50/hr

2^nd Shift – 16.00/hr

3^rd Shift – 16.00/hr

Hours: Hours are Monday-Friday
