Volt has partnered with a leading global sales support company in Irvine to help identify multiple recruiting & admin positions. 

In this role you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and searching resumes, calling candidates to conduct phone interviews, and setting up in person interviews. 
  • Calling customers on the phone to perform pre-site checks and transferring results into the CRM system.

We are looking for people with:

  • 2+ years of administrative or recruiting experience 
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, public relation and interpersonal skills.

These positions are temp-to-hire and pay varies depending on experience.
