Assist and maintain updated data information

Handle incoming calls/emails from prospective customers

Assist and back up Sales Processing and fulfillment for E-commerce department

Order Fulfillment may involve packing and invoicing orders as needed

Process warranty product returns for customers

General customer service and administration support

High emphasis on attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Computer skills required Mac and database skills (Excel, Word, FileMaker Pro programs)

Must pass a drug and background check prior to starting employment
