Sales Office Assistant

Volt is recruiting for a Sales Office Assistant with great Customer Service experience for a reputable company in San Dimas. The Sales Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Office Manager and our Outside Sales Representatives
  • Database management – researching contracts in database
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and forwarding appropriately
  • Generate and manage spreadsheets and reports quickly and efficiently with little instruction
  • Data Entry of contracts,
  • Administrative work will include but not limited to filing paperwork, making copies, sending faxes, frequent emailing, sending mail and packages

Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office
  • 2 + years’ Administrative experience
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong writing, typing, and grammar skills required
  • Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Quick Learner
  • Detailed oriented and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
