Sales Office Assistant
Volt is recruiting for a Sales Office Assistant with great Customer Service experience for a reputable company in San Dimas. The Sales Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Office Manager and our Outside Sales Representatives
- Database management – researching contracts in database
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and forwarding appropriately
- Generate and manage spreadsheets and reports quickly and efficiently with little instruction
- Data Entry of contracts,
- Administrative work will include but not limited to filing paperwork, making copies, sending faxes, frequent emailing, sending mail and packages
Requirements:
- Strong MS Office
- 2 + years’ Administrative experience
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong writing, typing, and grammar skills required
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Quick Learner
- Detailed oriented and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
