VOLT WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS is currently hiring for a dedicated professional to provide support to our employees, client and branch administrators. As an on-site coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, call outs and customer service. Additional responsibilities may include assisting employees with first day check in, conduct new employee orientation and plant tours, manage employee attendance records by documenting in tracking system, communicating effectively with client supervisors and branch personnel, maintain qualified pool of candidates by using necessary tools.

The qualified candidate must have:

  • 2+ years prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in staffing or on-site coordinator role 
  • Experience processing payroll 
  • Must have ability to work non-traditional work hours, and be on-call, as needed
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with different levels of management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding customer service 
  • Must be flexible to work other shifts and open to work on weekends (Open availability)
  • Qualified candidate must be able to pass Volt's pre-employment screening requirements
