Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for an Operations Fulfillment Administrator to work with a leading medical manufacturing company in Irvine.  

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team.  Job duties will include creating presentations, filing, email communication, calendaring, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.  

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, able to multi task and jump in where ever needed.  We need someone with at least 2 years experience in administrative support role.  Must have experience with an ERP system and experience within a manufacturing environment.  

Pay is $24-25/hr.
