1st Shift 8am-4:30pm


We are currently looking for a Outbound Customer Advocate for a managed physical medicine facility in the King of Prussia, PA area. This position tracks patient progress and obtains relevant case information from providers and then delivers it to the referring customer. 


-Manage multiple claims and monitor case status by confirming attendance with network providers.

-Updating Information into data base.

-Track and relay new information.

-Compliance with HIPPA and URAC Guidelines.

-Assist with training new hires, giving feedback.

-Special projects as needed.

-Provide Coaching Opportunities to Team Leads and Supervisors as needed.

-Assist Trainers on Workshops and the training team.


-Bachelor's Degree Preferred

-Customer Service Skills, 2-3 years

-Mulit-Task, Detail Oriented, Excellent Communication skills.

-Microsoft Word and Excel
