Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading Circuit Board Manufacturer in Redmond to add an Outside Sales Rep to their growing team! This position is an entry level opportunity and is perfect for a candidate with 1-2 years of sales experience seeking to add to their book of business with a great team. 

Outside Sales Representative

Base + Commission

Redmond

Job Summary: To be responsible for attaining bookings required for the company to grow and be profitable. Will be responsible for specific assigned accounts as well as winning new accounts.

Other Duties Include:

  • Provide company with enough bookings for predetermined growth and profitability.
  • Keep track on monthly bookings performance versus the forecast.
  • Growth in current accounts
  • Attaining new accounts
  • Reporting regularly to the rest of the team on state of specific accounts.
    • Weekly written report is required
  • Participation in monthly (1st Friday of each month) teleconferences is required.
  • Develop and meet annual forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Make sure that all business is profitable
  • Develop account plans for all key accounts.
  • Participate in the preparation and the presentation of the annual sales meeting.
  • Participate in trade shows when appropriate
  • You will assigned accounts and territories.
  • You will be responsible for:
    • Cold calling
    •  Prospecting
    •  Selecting target accounts
    •  Winning new accounts
    •  Growing current accounts.
    • All sales people to make 14 live sales calls weekly.
  • Finally you will be responsible for working with the inside sales team as well as the rest of the team to successfully service the customers.
