Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact during the on-boarding process for new clients from initial sign-up all the way through their first payroll run
  • Provides Time & Attendance and Payroll training to clients to ensuring comprehension of company software
  • Coordinates internally between new clients and other departments
  • Compose welcome calls/emails/follow-ups
  • Collects and reviews proper tax documents and payroll data
  • Ensure timelines are met with no payroll delays
  • Updated clients and team members accordingly
  • Guide and walk new clients through their first few payrolls
  • Client support for first few payrolls ensuring client comfort level with the process
  • Provides weekly reports as required by manager

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Must have 2 years of payroll or HR experience working within a Payroll, HR Company, or Time Attendance company.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of customer service
  • Client Relations Experience Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
  • Good Calendar Management Skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
