Industrial and Mechanical Electrician needed in Vernon CA. We need employees with experience working with Injection Molding Machines like Husky machines.

Industrial Electrician Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, Install, repair and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment. To keep production and manufacturing equipment running smoothly, you will be responsible for handling several daily tasks, the majority of the position is troubleshooting. 

Responsible for installing new or refurbished equipment for production plant. Run tests to ensure that new machinery is ready to be implemented and work out any issues before the equipment is used daily.

Troubleshoot Problems with Electrical Equipment

When equipment runs into problems, it is up to you to determine the cause of these issues. You must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting problems with various types of equipment and understand why equipment is not working properly.

Allot of these machines are injection molding machines.

Repair and MaintainExisting Equipment

Maintain Repair and Maintenance Logs and Records

Create and manage reports pertaining to the repair and maintenance of machines. This is crucial information for managers. 

Among the most important skills needed include problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Strong communicators and team members who can also work independently as needed. Attention to detail, time management skills and organizational skills

  • Installing various types of industrial equipment.
  • Repairing and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
    • Calibrating and maintaining circuitry.
    • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
    • Awareness of state, and local electrical codes and regulations
    • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
    • Experience with Injection Molding machines
