VOLT is looking for a Product Support Technician with cell phone experience that will be responsible for acting as a trainer during, fault coding implementation as well as coding problem resolution resource. This is internal and external customer-facing position that facilitates various fault investigations and yield improvement activities.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Work directly with customer in regards to new product introduction
- Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for the solution
- Good motor skills and the ability to do the fine assembly
- Ability to check for defects
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and good organization.
- Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, etc).
- Capable of working independently to a production schedule.
- Multitasking in a demanding environment that requires ability to work with all levels of production personnel
- Leadership skills are a plus
Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience in Cellular Phone Repair.
- Formal training in electronics is a must
