Job Description

VOLT is looking for a Product Support Technician with cell phone experience that will be responsible for acting as a trainer during, fault coding implementation as well as coding problem resolution resource. This is internal and external customer-facing position that facilitates various fault investigations and yield improvement activities.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Work directly with customer in regards to new product introduction
  • Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for the solution
  • Good motor skills and the ability to do the fine assembly
  • Ability to check for defects 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and good organization.
  • Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Capable of working independently to a production schedule.
  • Multitasking in a demanding environment that requires ability to work with all levels of production personnel
  • Leadership skills are a plus


  • 5+ Years experience in Cellular Phone Repair.
  • Formal training in electronics is a must
