Production Associate in Columbia, MO at Volt

Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team at 3M, located in Columbia, MO!  The 3M Columbia plant specializes in manufacturing products for their Health Care Business. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Accurately record production data

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line from anywhere between 8-10 hours per day This could be between 8-12 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be available to work overtime on Weekends due to business needs
• Previous assembly/warehouse experience is a PLUS
• Proof of education (High School Diploma or GED)

Pay rate:              $12.00 per hour (1^st shift)

 $12.50 per hour (2^nd and 3^rd shift)

Location:             Columbia, MO

Duration:            Up to 24 months

Hours:                  Hours are Monday-Friday

            1st shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

                                         2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM)

                                         3^rd Shift (11:30 PM - 7:30 AM)
