***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ***

Volt is looking for Production Supervisors for a leading organization in Rock Island, IL.

PERKS OF JOB

As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for leading 20-40 production employees to accomplish safety, quality and efficiency goals.

You will monitor workflow and analyze production problems to identify root cause and develop solutions. 

Develop and execute plans to ensure all established safety, quality, delivery and financial commitments are met. 

Participate in the hiring of new employees and in the annual review processes. 

Ensure that assigned personnel have the appropriate training.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Experience communicating across functions(such as: Supply Management, Engineering, Operations and Human Resources.)
• Proficient in MS Office
