Immediate openings at 3M in Moncure NC!! Must be able to operate forklift or power industrial vehicles!! Pay rate $16.50 an hour!! We have all 3 shifts available!! 

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team at 3M, located in Pittsboro, NC!  The 3M Pittsboro plant’s primary business is the manufacturing of roofing granules – rock which is crushed and colored to make asphalt shingles. As a General Laborer, you will:
• Perform quality tests and prepare documentation
• Perform visual inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyors, bag houses, etc.
• Work with Process Technicians to make adjustments as necessary
• Communicates with team members regarding equipment startups, shutdowns and adjustments

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous Forklift experience is a PLUS!
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Be available for overtime
• High School Diploma or GED
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay rate:              $16.50 per hour

Location:             Pittsboro, NC

Duration:             Anticipated to be 1 year
