Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team at 3M, located in New Ulm, MN!   If you’re a motivated person looking to get started with a great company, we want to talk with you!

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged
• Accurately record production data

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line from anywhere between 8-10 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•  
• Previous assembly/warehouse experience is a PLUS

Pay rate:   $16.00 per hour

Location:   New Ulm, MN

Shift: Rotating 1st/2nd shift: 1st Shift (7 AM - 3 PM) AND 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) or straight 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday (11 PM - 7 AM)
