Job Description


Oversee the operations and staff supporting the Managed Services Program and to ensure performance in meeting and exceeding clients goals/objectives. The PM acts as the primary contact between VCG Management, supplier partners and the client stakeholders on all matters impacting the program. The goal is also to decrease direct sourcing, increase utilization of the program and provide continuing customer satisfaction.

Volt's MSP programs provide the tools, insights, and expertise for organizations to improve talent quality, reduce risk, and control costs across their entire contingent program. Volt is currently seeking to fill this role for a key client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
A PM must conduct themselves in a professional manner and possess a desire for success with a competitive spirit. A successful and effective PM has excellent communication skills, is well organized and detailed oriented, while executing with perseverance and tenacity. The overall goal is to consult with the customer to ensure full utilization of the managed services program, drive efficiencies and continually improve customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible to manage the relationships across client, supplier and internal stakeholders.
* Overall direction and accountability for the Global Managed Service Program
* Liaison between VCG, Volt Europe, Arctern and our client stakeholder management on all program related issues
* Development of strategic plans and implementation of program enhancements
* Monitors the overall performance of the program and develops continuous improvement recommendations and plans with functional managers.
* Manage weekly objectives with Direct Reports and lead direction of action steps for future activity
* Manages the professional development of direct reports, including personnel reviews, annual written appraisals, reviewing MBO'S quarterly and salary treatment
* Reviews and interprets reports from the Web-Based System
* Works in conjunction with the Sr. Relationship Manager, Program Managers to develop penetration strategies to increase new business
* Marketing the program to Managers and Associate Suppliers
* Responsible for arranging, overseeing, and/or leading some of the training for the MSP team
* Develop and assist, as required, in problem solving strategies for client or VMS technology issues
* Responsible for developing new program initiatives, setting client strategy based on needs in the field
* Lead, manage, facilitate meetings, business reviews, etc.
* Responsible for development and presentation of quarterly business reviews and regular metrics reporting of the client program
* Assist and drive business development, strategic and revenue generating opportunities
* Frequent travel between Customer sites is required
Qualifications:
* Experience managing in a Services Procurement/SOW managed services program or similar role
* Ability to successfully communicate - both verbal and written
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Ability to efficiently solve problems
* Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
* Must work independently and be self-directed
* Experience managing personnel in remote locations
* Experience planning for multi-site, multiple client locations
* Previous experience in Strategic Planning, Managed Programs, VMS technologies
* Sales /marketing/contract experience helpful
* BA/BS or equivalent
* Must be flexible in working reasonable overtime as required.
* Must be fluent in MSP/VMS/RPO/Contingent labor space
