VOLT is currently hiring for a Program Manager in the Tulare County Area.
Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating operational aspects of a major account and ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide liaison between Volt and client while representing Volt in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all client service issues.
- Work to ensure contract compliance.
- Manage the support and development of Volt staff needed to support needs of the client.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure delivery to client’s requisitions.
- Responsible for the design of operations and training materials to support client’s needs.
- Maintain a high level of communication between the client’s corporate office, users, Volt on-site managers, Volt field offices, Volt corporate staff, and Volt leadership.
- Provide liaison to multiple Volt divisions to coordinate on service issues, contracts, or proposals.
- Conduct required reporting.
- Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and survey feedback to monitor client satisfaction
- Interface with General Accounting, Operational Accounting, and Contracts Manager relative to invoicing and Client Management Reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Volt and client policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and provide support to sales and marketing efforts within the account.
- Turn client inquiries into requisitions.
- Develop relationships and maintain consistent contact with client’s decision makers and end-users, both existing and potential, in-person, by phone and through correspondence.
- Maintain relationships with the client to use as company reference.
- Acquire RFQs and proposal and presentation opportunities.
- Pursue and win contract renewals.
- Ability to arrive to work at a specified time.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform special assignments and complete projects as needed.
- Develop and expand competency by continuing education and participation in training and seminars.
- Participate in Six Sigma training.
Position Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- 3 years experience servicing, supporting, developing, and generating major accounts.
- 2-3 years management or supervision experience.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Effectively communicate in writing.
- Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
- Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external clients, and field employees.
- Ability to create and perform business presentations.
- Ability to create complex business correspondence.
