Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Location: Alpharetta, GA


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  1. Interview Scheduling
    a. Coordinates and schedule interview logistics, schedule, meeting requests, candidate travel
    b. Distributes and collect the Employment Application at time of interview
    c. Plays a key role in aiming for interview to be schedule swiftly and timely
    d. Collaborates with Talent Advisor and Hiring Manager, and applicants to ensure scheduling and management of interview process using written and/or verbal communication

    2. Administrative Support/Communication
    a. Responds to talent acquisition needs and inquiries from Talent Advisor, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Applicants, etc.
    b. Provides accurate and timely updates about ongoing activities as necessary
    c. Professional, courteous, and mindful communication at all levels

    Minimum Qualification:
    *2 years relevant experience

    Minimum Education:
    *Secondary Education Degree (Assoc./BS/BA)

    Critical Skills:
    -Detailed oriented
    -Ability to prioritize work as needed/multi-task as needed
    -Self-motivated and willingness to take on additional work as needed
    -ability to work with and preserve confidential information
    -strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    Preferred Skills:
    -Previous experience in Human Resources
