Administrative Assistant

Our client located in Sunnyvale, CA. is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. On a one-year contract position starting April 2019, for day shift 8am-5pm or 7am to 4pm. This role is to service Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers.

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities will include organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers, scheduling/calendar management, Meeting preparation/support, and administration of expense reports and tracking payment to vendors in accordance with approved budgets.

Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, document control.

Skills: 0 – 2 years of experience.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
