Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager that has experience with large scale infrastructure projects, supporting 500+ users.  The ideal candidate has both Project Management and Business Analysis experience.  This project is a large employee laptop hardware refresh, across multiple state and will require a great deal of planning, coordination and experience.

Project Management/Business Analysis responsibilities:

  • Create project documentation (e.g., project plan, closing report) in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Draft and submit project change requests as necessary
  • Update project status reports and project schedule
  • Track project resources, decisions, and risks
  • Facilitate focused, effective meetings with clear agendas and thorough meeting minutes
  • Assist with establishing roles for project team members
  • Complete all project closing activities.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Extremely detail-oriented, with superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Teams and Excel
  • Able to establish and document new processes
  • Able to lead remote teams
  • Able to coordinate a significant number of logistics with multiple groups (asset shipment and tracking)
  • Ability to work independently using experience and knowledge
  • Ability to plan, organize, execute
  • Coordinating with end users and support groups
  • Experience with computer/hardware rollouts (preferred)
  • Understanding of procurement processes (preferred)
  • Understanding of enterprise imaging (preferred)
  • Understanding of asset management processes (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proven success in managing tight timelines
  • Ability to follow established project management guidelines
