Job Description

Are you a Project Manager semiconductor hardware experience?

Have you had exposure to Agile PC, PPM and PLM?

Are you open to a short term project?

This might be a great opportunity for you!

We’re looking for an Project Manager to drive the NPI processes for a new business unit. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders, to define, detail and develop NPI processes, including documenting in Agile, create detailed documents for best practices for every project stage. You’ll work closely with product marketing, design, validation and to create project schedules, ensure all dependencies are worked out and ensure project stays on track.

Key Qualifications

At-least 3 years of experience with Agile PC, PPM, PLM is a must.

Excellent planning, organization, execution, and follow-up skills

Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project

Skilled in synthesizing technical tasks into detailed project management activities, and identify correct owners for each task.

Ability to document best practices by communicating with different stake-holders and gathering engineering details.

Passion for effective processes and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization

Description

Work with Product marketing team to create new Agile PC entries for new line of products for business unit.

Follow-up with creating PLM and PPM for the same chips by coo-ordinating with product Engineering teams.

Create and manage project documents: project plans, cost-plans, issue-tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.

Manage the day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities.

Coordinate multi-site execution, assessing necessities and progress toward goals. Always be looking for process improvement opportunities.

Use project management and file sharing platforms to publish project files,

Gantt charts, task lists etc. Education Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

Project management education or certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
