Job Description

Volt is seeking a Quality Associate who will support a Complaints Handling team in Menlo Park! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned as necessary):  

  • Interact/respond to customer requests for product returns 
  • Process and verify product returns against existing information  
  • Handle all the day to day RMA receiving activities including serial number tracking, complaint data entry and decontamination  
  • Review customer communications and initiate customer product complaints as appropriate 
  • Update complaint database with DHR information 
  • Ensure actions are completed with a high level of quality, accuracy and timeliness, in accordance with company procedures  


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  

  1. Associate degree or proven related experience desired 
  2. Understanding and adherence to Support/Operations/Quality Best Practices and procedures is a must 
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills 
  4. Attention to detail  
  5. Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary 
  6. Experience with ERP systems such as QAD a plus 
  7. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce a plus
