Volt Workforce Solutions has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Supervisor of Quality Assurance/Order Entry. We are seeking a candidate that has a “Can Do” philosophy and great people skills.


This position is responsible for leading, training and developing the Order Entry, Remote Order Entry (ROE), and Quality Assurance teams in order to maintain accuracy and efficiency when entering and verifying orders.


  • Conduct order entry training for all new Order Entry (OE), Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Service (CS) team members.
  • Review and update Order Entry and Quality Assurance manuals to coordinate with company policies and procedures to ensure best practices within OE/QA processes consistently meet the needs of the business.
  • Effectively communicate order entry and quality assurance process updates as soon as they are implemented by management.
  • Consistently communicate with management regarding daily progress of order entry and quality assurance teams.
  • Maintain daily communication with the entire team answering questions regarding orders entered by the order entry team.
  • Collect and analyze daily and monthly error reports to review and address training/counseling opportunities with the order entry team.
  • Monitor orders in the open QA queue to ensure all rush orders are verified as soon as they are sent to the queue.
  • Assign orders to each team member and monitor daily productivity to ensure all members consistently meet/exceed daily quota.
  • Ensure all customer contact information is entered correctly in our system and customer portal.
  • Partner with Customer Experience Manager to ensure orders with high volume drop ship locations are updated and entered correctly
  • Develop new processes to assist the order entry and quality assurance teams in becoming more efficient


Supervise and manage employees within the Order Entry/Quality Assurance Department; is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of their areas of responsibility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies, procedures and applicable laws; including recruitment and selection, trainings, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaint and resolving problems.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or 5 years management related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lead team through training and mentoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept expressing thoughts clearly, listening attentively, and respond appropriately.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, Excel, Word and Outlook.
