Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading company in Newport Beach to help identify an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for immediate hire. 

This is a TEMP to HIRE opportunity.

In this role you will assist with:

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Greet incoming visitors
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mail and distributing appropriately
  • Monitor multiple email inboxes and distributing / responding appropriately
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist Claims department with processing of claim forms
  • Mail out ID cards and certificates
  • Maintain calendars
  • Manage conference rooms
  • Coordinate calendars and meetings, assist Senior Executives with projects and special events

We are looking for someone with 1 – 2 years of relative experience. Must be polished, personable and have excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable working with Senior Executives.  Must be proficient in using MS Office.

Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Pay is up to $40K.
