Receptionist/ Office Assistant

Work with a great firm in Phoenix offering room for advancement and growth in a stable, long-term opportunity. 

Volt is hiring an administrative assistant for a top financial company in Phoenix. The opportunity is a customer facing role, and does require strong customer service skills as well as the ability and desire to be cross trained with other tasks around the office.


  • Need to be flexible in assisting as an admin
  • Professional dress - polished
  • Smaller volume of calls
  • Responsible for keeping conference room stocked and presentable
  • Ordering snacks for client meetings
  • Ordering catering for Fridays
  • Occasional run to post office
  • Occasional booking of flights
  • Accept packages
  • Handing Power of Attorney filings – basic admin tasks
  • Occasional picking up lunch for senior management
