Volt is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to work as a receptionist and administrative coordinator 

Applicants are to be friendly, meticulous, able to multi-task, organized and are willing to be a team player. Key skills required are: proficiency with keeping records and updating them regularly, skilled at communicating with external and internal customers. 

Daily responsibilities and Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Answering or referring inquiries. Handle all phone calls and direct to correct destination.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assists Operations department with administrative tasks
