Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an Experienced Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for leading company-wide recruitment efforts for assigned talent domain (Core, Emerging Talent & Diversity, & Strategic Initiatives). Collaborates and consults with hiring managers, leadership and HR in the areas of recruitment and sourcing strategy, requisition management, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations.

Will be beneficial to have some knowledge of electronics, or embedded electronics, infotainment, displays, software (engineering) i.e. experience - Tesla, Google.

Essential Duties:

Talent Acquisition 
• Advises and consult with key leaders to ensure that the company’s business issues are linked with talent management objectives and plans. 

• Assist with the development of the Company’s sourcing strategy, tools and processes to identify and acquire talent to meet the current and future business needs within the Company. 

• Ensure OFFCP compliance with all sourcing and recruiting practices. 

• Assist in the development of functional recruiting strategies that build on new and traditional platforms, which are innovative and support our employer value proposition. 

• Responsible for supporting the on-going maintenance of the Company’s Applicant Tracking System and act as one of the subject matter experts. 

• Initiate, negotiate, and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high quality candidates, pre-screening services, and talent acquisition. 

• Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure success of talent acquisition initiatives. 
• Support the continuing development of technology solutions for talent management. 

• Collaborate with Sourcing Team to develop sourcing strategies and prioritization of requisitions. 
• Partner with Brand Lead to create and share branded content to attract top talent. 

Other Duties:
• May be responsible for ISM management as part of leading and providing direction to contract staff members, their work and workplace. 

• Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business. 
• Interprets, enforces and complies with Company policies, procedures, and regulations. 

• Prepares reports, charts, graphs, and other statistical information. 

• Performs other related duties as assigned 

• Ensure projects meet budget and ROI metrics 
Scope and Competency Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field 
  • Three (3) years of related experience in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) years of related experience in Talent Acquisition; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge in developing Talent Acquisition Strategies. 
  • Expertise in systems and processes as it relates to developing Social Recruiting Strategies. 
  • Knowledge of AAP programs and OFCCP compliance regulations. 
  • Knowledge of Human Resources employment laws, compliance procedures and best practices. 

PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
