Volt has partnered with an Industry-leading logistics firm and is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis. Recruiters will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Recruiters will also conduct candidate interviews, evaluate candidate skills and perform reference checks.

Job Duties:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Perform reference checks and verify candidate information
• Implement company culture, values and policies

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition
• Previous verifiable track record of Full Cycle Recruiter success
